The company established the Responsible Care and HSE Management Committee (HSE Management Committee) to systematically deploy and implement the company's safety, environment, employee protection, stakeholders and social welfare undertakings. The general manager is the director of the HSE Management Committee. In accordance with the "Guidelines for China's Industrial Enterprise Social Responsibility Management" issued by the China Federation of Industrial Economics, the committee implements social responsibility work in various departments, and at the same time, it supervises various departments the implementation of social responsibility work, and gradually forms a systematic and practical social responsibility management system.

As the daily office of the Social Responsibility Management Committee, the HSE Department is responsible for implementing the resolutions of the Management Committee, preparing social responsibility work plans, conducting social responsibility training, compiling and publishing social responsibility reports, and strengthening communication with stakeholders.
